Our family practice was started in 1972 by Dr. Larry Perkins. Dr. Kent Simmons then joined in 1986. Dr. Jacob Cline was welcomed in 2020, and Dr. Nate Dallas in 2024. Still privately-owned, our professional group is now in its third location in Albany, Ga. We are located on Lullwater Road beside MSA Orthopedics.
